These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the y4444 platform, including all casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, account services, bonuses, and payment operations. By registering an account with y4444 or by continuing to use the y4444 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use y4444. Providing false date-of-birth information is a material breach of these Terms. y4444 will verify age during the KYC process and may suspend or permanently close accounts where underage use is identified.
Each individual may hold only one y4444 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited and may result in the voiding of all balances and permanent account closure without notice.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. These requirements, eligible games, and expiry windows are published per promotion. Bonus abuse — including attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture.
Player deposits are held in accounts separate from y4444's operational funds. This means your balance is protected and available for withdrawal at all times, independent of the company's financial position, in accordance with y4444's licensing obligations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y4444 login credentials. y4444 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused or enabled by your failure to maintain adequate password security.
y4444 provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all account holders. Using these tools is your right. y4444 is obligated under its gaming licence to enforce self-exclusion requests promptly and permanently when requested.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the y4444 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any real-money wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the y4444 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform at the time of play.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the y4444 Platform and not register or maintain an Account.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and y4444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a y4444 Account and engage in Real Money Play. This is a non-negotiable requirement. y4444 enforces this limit actively and will require documentary proof of age during the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from Real Money Play voided and withheld pending regulatory review.
3.2 Single Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one y4444 Account. Registration of duplicate accounts — regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 KYC Verification. y4444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) — at any point during your use of the Platform, and in all cases before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of request may result in Account suspension.
3.5 Registration on Behalf of Others. You may not register an Account on behalf of another person, operate an Account on behalf of another person, or allow any other person to use your Account. y4444 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
4.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your y4444 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. y4444 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify y4444 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. y4444 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
4.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. y4444 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration charge in accordance with its applicable fee schedule to dormant accounts after due notice has been issued to the account holder's registered contact details. Dormant account charges will not reduce a balance below zero.
4.4 Account Currency. The y4444 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposit amounts, wagers, winnings, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are denominated in PKR. Players acknowledge that no currency conversion fee is applied by y4444 when transacting via supported PKR payment channels.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. y4444 currently supports the following PKR payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. y4444 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at y4444 is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, subject to applicable payment channel limits.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment instruments that are registered in your own name and that match the identity on your y4444 Account. y4444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
5.4 Processing Times. y4444 targets the following withdrawal processing times for verified accounts:

5.5 Right to Verify. y4444 reserves the right to delay or hold any withdrawal request pending additional identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or suspicious activity review. In such cases, y4444 will notify the Player and aim to resolve the review within a reasonable period.
5.6 No Third-Party Deposits. You may not deposit funds into your y4444 Account using a payment instrument registered in the name of another person. Such deposits may be returned in full and the Account subject to review.
6.1 General Bonus Rules. All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional offers issued by y4444 are subject to these General Bonus Rules and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general rules.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and maximum bet per round while wagering a bonus are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering progress may be forfeited if the active session is terminated before requirements are met.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that have not been completed by the stated expiry time will be removed from the Account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
6.4 Abuse of Bonuses. y4444 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, void associated winnings, and suspend or close Accounts where, in y4444's reasonable assessment, a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; hedging bets to guarantee a wagering-free outcome; systematically placing only low-house-edge bets during bonus wagering to the extent that it circumvents the bonus mechanics; or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers.
6.5 Withdrawal Cap. Certain promotional offers may impose a maximum withdrawal amount on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the specific promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the cap from Bonus Fund play are non-withdrawable unless otherwise stated.
6.6 y4444's Discretion. y4444 reserves the right to modify, cancel, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is a reasonable operational or regulatory basis for doing so. y4444 is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a promotion that was subsequently modified or withdrawn.
7.1 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games offered on the y4444 Platform — including video slots, digital blackjack, digital roulette, and RNG table game variants — use certified RNG engines that have been independently tested and approved by recognised technical testing laboratories. RNG certification is renewed on a regular schedule in accordance with y4444's licensing requirements.
7.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games on y4444 are operated from professionally managed studio environments using physical dealing equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels — monitored by multiple camera feeds. y4444 does not influence the outcome of live dealer game rounds. Any technical malfunction during a live dealer game round will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game supplier's malfunction procedures.
7.3 Malfunction Voids Play. In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to software errors, hardware failures, or connectivity disruptions — that affect the integrity of a game round, y4444 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game round are void. y4444's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 Sports Betting & Cricket Odds. Sports betting odds, including PSL cricket markets, are subject to change up to the start of the relevant event. Live in-play odds are updated continuously. y4444 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with its sportsbook rules, including in the event of events being abandoned, postponed, or materially altered.
7.5 Maximum Payout. y4444 applies a maximum payout per bet or per game session. This limit is displayed within the applicable game interface. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout are capped at the maximum payout amount.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y4444 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

9.3 21+ Policy. y4444's 21+ age requirement is non-negotiable. Where y4444 has reason to believe an Account is being used by a person under 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending full KYC review. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the deposit source.
10.1 All content on the y4444 Platform — including but not limited to the y4444 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the property of y4444 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the y4444 Platform for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written consent from y4444.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y4444's liability to any Player arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total value of deposits made by the Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 y4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses or damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
11.3 y4444 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside y4444's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. y4444 is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits y4444's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your y4444 Account at any time by contacting y4444 support. Before closing your Account, any Withdrawable Balance will be paid out to you upon completion of any applicable pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
12.2 Closure by y4444. y4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, committed fraud, posed a regulatory compliance risk, or in any other circumstances where closure is required to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. You must not attempt to register a new Account if your Account was closed by y4444 for a breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y4444 holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the y4444 Platform, you should contact y4444's support team in the first instance. y4444 aims to resolve all Player complaints promptly, fairly, and in accordance with its published complaints procedure.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through y4444's internal complaints process, you may escalate the complaint to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism available under y4444's gaming licence. Details of the applicable disputes body are available on request from y4444's compliance team.
14.1 y4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made that affect your rights or obligations, y4444 will provide reasonable advance notice via your registered email address or via an in-platform notification.
14.2 The current version of these Terms, marked with the effective date at the top of this page, is the version that governs your use of the Platform from that date forward. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.
